Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, providing menus and taking drink orders promptly. Take food orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring all special requests are communicated effectively. Serve food and drinks to tables, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials and pairings. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial. Skills in time management and multitasking are essential for success in this role. Experience in a café or culinary environment is a plus but not mandatory.
