Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems Clover, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including wine, beer, and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments securely Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and ensure accuracy in food presentation Assist with setting up dining areas, cleaning tables promptly, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming environment in both fine dining and nightclub settings Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Clover, Toast, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing sales transactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Previous experience in fine dining or fast-paced environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is
