A Waiter or Waitress takes orders and serves food and beverages to customers in restaurants. Answers customer questions about menu items, prepares checks and collects payment, and assists with clearing dishes and tables. May work in banquet or dining halls.

Harvest Table restaurant is seeking multiple Banquet Staff to join our restaurant and catering team. This position is responsible for serving meals to guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction during hotel events. Our Banquet Staff provide support to Food and Beverage Managers to ensure that client/guest needs are met and details of function are carried out. These positions require the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is $28.00 per hour. This is the wage rate for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicate with all Guests and Staff courteously and professionally. Strong sense of urgency Follow detailed instructions Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room quickly, efficiently, and properly. Assist with the service of food according to restaurant standards. Have detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, taste, appearance, garnish, and food preparation and be able to answer general questions. Be fully aware of service flow between all stations and the dining room. Assist service staff in delivering dishes to larger tables, using the correct position number. Assist server in clearing dishes from tables only after everyone is finished eating. Perform all other duties as assigned.
