Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including handling beverage service, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits experience Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage preparation areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Process cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities with professionalism Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in casual or fine dining settings with a focus on guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries or concerns effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality of service Knowledge of beverage service including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit special!
