In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, sharing your knowledge of our menu, and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and guide them through our Korean BBQ offerings with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns proactively for an outstanding dining experience. Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining or Korean BBQ concepts. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to build guest relations effortlessly. Familiarity with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently using time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Hospitality background with experience in guest relations, serving, beverage service, or nightclub environments is advantageous.
