Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the timely delivery of food orders to customers, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. We serveDINNER ONLY.
Nights and Weekends are a MUST. In addition to hourly pay rate, this is a tipped position.Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and presentation
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to coordinate food delivery
- Help in various tasks within the restaurant as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members effectively
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
