Minimum wage + generous Tip Pool About the Role We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Servers to join our team at our busy Japanese ramen restaurant in Downtown San Rafael! If you enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and taking care of guests with authentic hospitality, we'd love to have you. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make menu recommendations. Serve hot ramen, appetizers, and drinks efficiently. Provide attentive table service and handle payments. Work closely with food runners and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during rush hours. Keep dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Base hourly wage plus robust tip pool payout ($30-$40/hr expected total earnings). Flexible scheduling (Lunch and Dinner shifts available). Employee meal discounts. Supportive, fast-paced team environment. Qualifications Prior restaurant server experience preferred (ramen or casual dining experience is a plus!).
