In-Depth Training Program On All Essential Job Functions Greeters :

You help manage the flow of the dining room by seating guests efficiently, supporting smooth table turnover, and helping reduce wait times. With a focus on hospitality and organization, you ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Cashiers :

You are also responsible for managing takeout orders, helping ensure orders are organized and ready for pickup, and answering guest phone calls to assist with questions or orders. With strong attention to detail and great communication skills, you help keep service flowing while supporting both guests and the restaurant team.

Bussers :

You keep the dining room running smoothly and ensuring every guest walks into a clean, welcoming space. In this role, you move quickly and professionally to clear tables, remove dishes and utensils, and help maintain the flow of service during busy shifts.

Food Runners :

You deliver a great guest experience by ensuring food reaches guests quickly and accurately. In this role, you bring dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.

• Servers ($18.

70/hour + Estimated $29.00 - $31.50/hour in Tips): Responsible for directly servicing assigned tables while assisting with Runner and Busser functions. Servers are responsible for taking food and beverage orders while providing personalized, exemplary service for their assigned tables.

Note:

• PAY RATE

  $18.70/hour + Estimated $13.00 - $14.00/hr in Tips

• DRESS CODE

  Plain black tops and slacks with plain non-slip closed-toe shoes and a neat overall presentation. Nails must be kept short, no face tattoos, very limited visible neck tattoos, no facial piercings, and limited accessories. For FOH, must be clean shaven.
