Duties Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and coordinate guest needs seamlessly Requirements Proven experience in food service or beverage industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, and beverage trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with drink service, alcohol regulations, and responsible beverage service practices is highly desirable Join us in creating lively experiences for our guests by delivering top-tier service with energy and professionalism.
