This position is Monday through Friday with shifts starting at 5:30 AM , making it a great opportunity for early risers who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. You'll deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where your energy and hospitality set the tone for the day. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your hospitality and food service skills while working with a dynamic team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems to ensure seamless order processing. Serve breakfast dishes, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism while following proper food handling and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items, including specialty beverages and premium offerings, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, beverage stations, and side stations in accordance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and promptly resolve guest concerns. Qualifications & Skills Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, ideally in breakfast service or fine dining. Experience using POS systems. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy breakfast service. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. Knowledge of beverage service, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, is a plus. Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
