The Server delivers attentive, polished food and beverage service while ensuring compliance with California food safety and alcohol service regulations.. ________________________________________ Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet members and guests professionally Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Maintain table cleanliness and presentation Demonstrate fine dining etiquette and service standards Work collaboratively with the service team Qualifications California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire California Responsible Beverage Service certification required within 60 days of hire if serving alcohol Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
