Fast-Paced Peruvian Restaurant We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser to join our fast-paced Peruvian restaurant. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure timely seating of guests. Assist servers with food delivery, water refills, and other guest service needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms. Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other dining room supplies. Sweep, mop, and clean spills promptly to maintain a safe environment. Assist with opening and closing side work. Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to guests and coworkers. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
