Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver food and beverages to our guests while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen & sushi bar to the dining area in a timely manner. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to any inquiries or needs. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Experience in banquet service or large-scale events is beneficial for managing high-volume situations. Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is an asset, enhancing your ability to assist in the kitchen when necessary.
