General Manager / Restaurant Manager Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals efficiently, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to making every guest feel valued. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials. Make recommendations and accommodate reasonable guest requests. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Monitor tables throughout the dining experience and anticipate guest needs. Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service areas. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies. Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties as assigned. Work as a team to maintain a positive and efficient restaurant environment. Qualifications Previous serving or customer-service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and punctual. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol, if applicable.
