Responsibilities Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist in food preparation and plating when needed to support kitchen operations Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to keep the dining area clean and organized Use POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable to process orders and payments accurately Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables or designated areas swiftly and safely Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions, accommodating dietary needs, and ensuring guest satisfaction Support catering events or banquet setups as required, including food delivery and table service Handle cash transactions with accuracy and confidence while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette for reservations or inquiries Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest relations Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality roles is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and dietary accommodations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel settings is advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in serving and bussing Basic knife skills, meat cutting knowledge, or culinary experience are beneficial but not required Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and attention to detail Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences!
