Location:
6373 Promenade Parkway, Castle Rock, CO 80108
Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 33-40 hours per week
Pay:
$12.14 per hour plus tips
Estimated Tips:
Tips may average $25-$50 per hour
Availability:

Our Servers do more than take orders. They build trust, confidently guide guests through the menu, and bring warmth and personality to an elevated dining experience. We're looking for people who are composed, curious, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy full-service restaurant. Approximately two years of serving experience in a similar environment is preferred, but not required. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism Learn the food and beverage menus and confidently guide guests through their experience Make thoughtful recommendations based on each guest's preferences Develop knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and elevated American cuisine Accurately enter orders and communicate clearly with the culinary, bar, and support teams Anticipate guest needs and maintain attentive, well-paced service Handle payments and use the restaurant's point-of-sale system accurately Follow food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service standards Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive restaurant environment Remain calm, organized, and hospitable during high-volume service What We're Looking For Approximately two years of serving experience in a similar full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required Weekend availability is required A warm, polished, and professional presence Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment An interest in developing strong food, wine, spirits, cocktail, and beer knowledge Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs Comfort using—or learning—a restaurant point-of-sale system A team-first mindset and willingness to receive coaching The ability to obtain required food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service certifications within the designated timeframe Physical Requirements With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move throughout the restaurant Safely carry trays, dishes, beverages, and other items commonly used during service Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy restaurant environment Perform the essential responsibilities of the position during shifts generally lasting six to eight hours Ready to Apply?
