Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Experienced waitstaff are preferred, and the role offers an opportunity to earn through a combination of salary and tips. This position is part-time, with working hours from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests Serve meals, drinks, and desserts in a timely manner Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables before and after service Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about dishes or specials Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to enhance guest experience Experience Experienced waiters/waitresses are preferred, demonstrating prior knowledge of restaurant service standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn
