Our menu features fresh fajitas with chargrilled natural meats, and scratch sauces all made with authentic and fusion flavors. Our bar features hand crafted margaritas and cocktails made with fresh squeezed juices and fruits along with 8 draft beers and wine selections. We also have grab and go breakfast burritos daily from 7 am to 11 am. We are hiring experienced bartender/servers to support our growing business. We currently operate Simmer and Rally5 in Fort Collins, and Mas Fuegos.
