Duties Support servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests Assist with food running duties, delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables accurately and swiftly Help with cleaning duties including wiping down surfaces, clearing dishes, and maintaining overall sanitation standards Handle manual lifting tasks safely when moving supplies, trays, or heavy items following proper lifting practices Support food handling and preparation activities in accordance with food safety guidelines Assist with in-person customer service by greeting guests cheerfully and responding to their needs courteously Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders when required during busy service times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including banquet or catering settings Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently using safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Experience in kitchen or culinary roles is a plus, demonstrating understanding of food preparation processes Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances the dining experience Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
