Duties Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering strictly to food safety protocols. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems to coordinate order flow smoothly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring all food items are stored properly and work areas meet health standards. Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Support special event setups by delivering food items and assisting with event flow when required. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in order management. Experience with food preparation, bussing, or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting with enthusiasm.
