You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and deliver exceptional guest services to create memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation bookings Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the menu, reservations, and wait times while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Assist servers by delivering food promptly and accurately as a Foodrunner, ensuring food safety standards are maintained during transit. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, or concerns with a positive attitude and clear communication skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and waiting areas to uphold high standards of hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests and team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math proficiency for managing reservations and balancing tables. Understanding of food safety standards and proper guest service etiquette. Organizational skills to manage waitlists, reservations, and guest flow smoothly.
