Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit or order process Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring all special requests are noted Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash safely and accurately Assist guests with menu selections. Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling, serving, and take-out packaging Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for dine-in or take-out orders Maintain cleanliness of service areas, bus tables when needed, and uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions and product knowledge Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours while providing excellent guest relations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or fast-paced settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
