Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout service. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
