Server Shift:
16-20 hours per week; days of the week can vary; 4pm-8pm
Pay :
Starting at $17.10 dollars per hour

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Server is responsible for table service in the Community dining rooms.
Essential Job Duties:
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. Correctly enters orders into the POS system while charging the correct resident. Setup and breakdown functions and events.
Qualifications:
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train. Ability to interpret and explain menus, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service processes, and understand special requests. Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness. • Depends on employment classification
