In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring every visit is memorable. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to strengthen your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast and OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including cocktail options and wine pairings Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required (especially fine dining or high-volume environments) Familiarity with POS systems. Our restaurants utilize Toast tablets. Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle money responsibly Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Deliver exceptional guest service from start to finish!!
