Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism, friendliness, and a keen eye for guest satisfaction. Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and resetting spaces for new guests while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order processing and payments. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and front-of-house team to coordinate service smoothly. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly, maintaining hygiene, and following health regulations at all times. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Support banquet or large group service when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in busy settings. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
