Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the team and delights guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and accurate order processing Knowledge of hospitality principles including guest relations, food industry standards, and sanitation regulations

Pay:

$5.00 per hour
