Cosmos Restaurant is looking for a New Server. We are a family restaurant operating for over 40 years with a loyal customer base. We are looking for a new Server who is ready to work hard and be successful. Full Time and/or Part Time May Be Available. All Applicants must have Strong Work Ethic Good attitude, come to work with a smile Prior experience in the restaurant industry Team Player mentality Basic Math Skills Excellent Communication skills The ability to simultaneously take direction and be independent Flexible schedule, we are open 364 days out of the year with shifts ranging from 7:30am to 8:30pm. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed Continuous use of hands and arms Continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Server Responsibilities Include:

The ability to treat guests like family and put their satisfaction above all else Ability to Master Large Menu and Upsell to Customers Complete all side work according to defined standards ABC card Ensuring guests needs are accommodated throughout the dining experience Provides a favorable image of the company at all times to promote its aims and objectives. Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
