Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage options, and recommend specials or upselling opportunities Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently during busy hours Support the team with basic math for cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in transactions Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus but not required Open availability for evening shifts, weekends, and nights to accommodate nightclub or restaurant hours Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
