Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator that ensures our guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. In this vibrant role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, process transactions accurately, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables for new guests Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and guest flow effectively Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items including wine pairings, spirits, and food ingredients Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Experience in food service environments including fine dining or nightlife settings like nightclubs or bars Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or transactions efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Food safety knowledge to ensure proper sanitation and food handling practices Previous experience in restaurant roles such as host/hostess or cashier is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
