Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Extensive knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, cocktails, and food industry standards Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred; background in food handling and sanitation is essential Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Excellent communication skills to upsell menu items confidently and engage guests positively Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively atmosphere!
