If you are a self-motivated individual who maintains strong customer service skills and delivers quality food and beverages, we want to meet you. Our Cook/servers must maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times and will be responsible for serving food and drink items to customers in a timely manner, as well as bussing tables.

Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with customers and staff. Maintain an organized work space. Maintain a positive attitude. Plan menus in accordance with dietary requirements, allergies, and other client requests. Prepare foods to meet dietary requirements and preferences, such as low-fat, low-carbohydrate, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and halal. Prepare breads and desserts. Clean work areas, kitchen equipment, and work clothing regularly. Receive deliveries of food and supplies. Avoid unsafe food handling practices such as crossing from the back of the kitchen to the serving line without changing gloves; wash hands frequently; do not change hats or caps between cooking and serving or handling raw foods.

Hiring for ALL locations:

Deltona and NEW Deland Drive thru (coming soon) •Training•- All training will be completed at the Deland location on New York Avenue. Training will be approximately two weeks so new hires will need to plan accordingly. Boston Coffeehouses do not hire for seasonal or temporary roles.
