Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with any additional guest services as needed to enhance the overall dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of food service standards and practices is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
