Description Our roster of homemade croissants, artisan breads, classic French pastry, and bistro items have been a staple in Gainesville since 1981. You personalize guests' moments of daily routine and indulgence, as well as make and serve excellent coffee. Our service team is our special sauce, and a primary reason we have so many regulars. Your primary role is connecting with those you serve while helping them select their items. When not doing that, our expectation is consistent productivity with store upkeep and task work. We have a fantastic service management team, whose primary role is to assist and empower you to work autonomously.
