Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Answer menu questions and make recommendations. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Process payments accurately. Maintain clean and organized dining areas. Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Compensation $10.98/hour plus tips. Our location includes an 18% service charge on guest checks, providing additional earning opportunities in accordance with company policy.
