Offering casual, yet sophisticated, dining at the second-story restaurant, bar & terrace, the space is equally divided indoor and out. • we bring passion and positivity to everything we do Main Duties Your key responsibilities will include: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams What We Look For Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following: A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required Benefits We offer incredible career growth, international opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a world-renowned brand, where every detail from the finest ingredients to our unrivalled atmosphere is crafted to perfection.
