Job Description
This is a server position -- with TIPS! Tips can range depending on the busyness of the shop, but your hr wages + tips will average $14-$20 per hour this season (range includes tips. We are looking for responsible, reliable, professional employees who are friendly, outgoing, and clean in appearance that can work in a fast-paced environment. We have part-time positions available with a flexible schedule. We are offering long-term positions and short-term (seasonal). Job duties include greeting customers, serving ice cream, blending shakes and smoothies, preparing sandwiches, product rotation, cleanliness and compliance with all required sanitation and safety standards. Prior food service experience is a major plus! Complete training provided. Applications and resumes must be submitted in person or through Indeed. No Phone calls, please. Pay period once per week. Cash tips are paid at end of each shift. Credit Card tips are paid at end of the week. Bay 1 does not pool tips with multiple shifts as some places do, meaning you get every dollar for the shift that you work.
