The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Experience with POS systems and food safety standards is preferred, along with a passion for hospitality and guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing when necessary Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS or cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, stations, and dining spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience can be advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience Previous host/host or nightclub serving experience is beneficial but not required Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your skills can shine.
