Server The Parisian—Jupiter, Florida The Parisian restaurant is seeking extraordinary servers to join its team led by Paris native and Restaurateur Tarzi Cenador, who has been driving the success of the award-winning establishment for over 10 years, which was most recently named "Best French Restaurant 2026" by Jupiter Magazine. A serving position is the face of our concept and will therefore be directly responsible for the guest's experience. Servers are to be highly self-motivated members of our team, driving revenue through excellent service and creating lasting customer relationships through genuine hospitality. The ability to multitask with a sense of urgency is a must. If you thrive in a fast-paced workplace and are passionate about food and service, we would like to meet you. Servers will be responsible for taking and delivering orders, maintaining table cleanliness, and guiding our guests through the entire dining process. Confident speaking skills and menu pairing abilities are key. You will be selling wine and providing tableside bottle service. Job functions include, but are not limited to, preparing and maintaining tables with special attention to detail, staying updated with food and beverage knowledge, attending to guests immediately upon arrival, presenting our menu and featured items, answering questions and making recommendations for complementary products, dealing with problems or complaints with a positive attitude, and accurately issuing bills and accepting payment. Servers are expected to have the following attributes: Minimum 2-3 years of experience serving in an upscale establishment with a refined level of service. Highly educated in food and beverage with an emphasis on wine pairing and upselling. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays. Proven track record in working as part of a high-performing team. Able to stand & work on their feet for long periods of time. Able to safely lift 25 lbs. repeatedly.
