We're looking for someone who gives great service, works well in a team, stays composed when it gets busy, and can be counted on to show up ready to work. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to become a Shift Manager/Keyholder , with additional responsibilities and higher hourly pay while working in that role. What You'll Do Provide friendly, attentive service and create a great guest experience Handle multiple tables efficiently during busy services Work closely with bartenders, servers, hosts, and the kitchen Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized section and service area Help create a positive, accountable team environment What We're Looking For Prior full-service restaurant serving experience required Sunday availability preferred Availability for nights and weekends Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant Strong communication and guest-service skills Bar knowledge or bartending experience is a plus Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol For Candidates Interested in Keyholder Growth Strong performers may have the opportunity to train as a Shift Manager/Keyholder . This is still a hands-on FOH position—you'll serve or bartend while also being trusted with opening/closing, basic guest recovery, comps, and helping keep the shift running smoothly.
