We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas Assist with dining room, patio, bar, and event service Work closely with culinary, bartenders, and fellow service team members Help with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Learn our menus, specials, events, and club service standards Create a welcoming experience and build relationships with our members What We're Looking For- Positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality Dependable and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant, club, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages Why Join Our Team?
