Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented VIP Banquet Servers to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service at high-profile events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create an upscale atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional service to VIP guests Anticipate guest needs and respond politely and promptly to requests Deliver plated meals with proper service etiquette Assist with buffet and/or chafing dish service Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the event Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth and timely execution Clear and reset tables as needed Follow event/service instructions from the supervisor or event manager What We're Looking For VIP or fine-dining experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in: Fine-dining restaurants Upscale hotels or resorts VIP/private events Banquets or catering Country clubs High-end restaurants Corporate or luxury events Excellent presentation and professionalism are essential. You should be well-groomed, courteous, confident around guests, and comfortable providing polished table service. Skills Previous serving, banquet, catering, hotel, or fine-dining experience Excellent guest-service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and punctual Able to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Must be available Wednesday, September 23 from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM Must pass a background check Excellent presentation and professionalism are essential.
