Role:

At Fatboys, we're all about great food, high energy, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Servers to join our team in Miramar Beach! As a Server, you are the face of Fatboys—responsible for bringing positive vibes, delivering fast and accurate service, and making sure every guest leaves happy. Whether you're a seasoned hospitality pro or looking to start your career in a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Guest Hospitality:

Warmly greet guests, engage with positive energy, and create a welcoming environment from the moment they sit down.

Order Management & Menu Knowledge:

Guiding guests through our menu, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and using our POS system to efficiently transmit orders to the kitchen and bar.

Food & Beverage Delivery:

Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation, correct order fulfillment, and food safety standards.

Table Maintenance:

Perform ongoing table maintenance (pre-bussing, refilling drinks, clearing plates) and partner with team members to ensure quick table turnover and clean dining spaces.

Guest Satisfaction:

Address guest inquiries, accommodate dietary requests, and resolve any issues with a helpful, positive attitude.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with line cooks, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth shift operations and fast service during peak hours.

Side Work & Sanitation:

Keep service stations stocked, perform opening/closing side work, and maintain clean, sanitized dining areas.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous server or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train candidates with a great attitude!

People Skills:

Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Efficiency:

Ability to multitask, manage time wisely, and stay cool under pressure during busy meal rushes.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfort or quick learning capability with POS handheld/terminal systems.

Availability & Reliability:
