Restaurant Property Manager SUMMARY:
Servers are key in creating a truly great experience! Our Servers have a passion for people, service, food and wine and are responsible for delivering gracious hospitality. Servers operate extremely efficiently, providing team-based service and positive and memorable guest experience. Servers must be able to multitask and provide excellent communication with team members and guests
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Anticipate and attend to the Member's needs and desires immediately. Maintain your appearance in accordance with the Club's grooming standards. Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the F&B team. Acquire a full knowledge of the Clubs F&B service policies and procedures. Maintain superior levels of F&B service to Member's & their Guests. Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control. Promote the selling of food and beverage items. Prepare, mix and dispense non- and alcoholic beverages & cocktails. Take food and beverage orders. Delivering food and beverages to Members in a timely fashion. Delivering and clearing plates. Perform wine service operations of presenting, opening and pouring. Have working knowledge of the point-of-sale system. Clean, wipe, and maintain all service areas. Comply with the Clubs standards when producing and dispensing food and beverages products. Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge about food and beverage products on the menus. Participate in all rostered theoretical and on-the-job training sessions. Be able to operate and make all coffee and tea products, including espresso & cappuccino to the high level of standard required. Comply with all the Club's operational policies & procedures. Ensure that all areas are stocked in accordance with established par levels to include bar refrigerators and other storage areas.
Other Duties:
Be able to report effectively on all operations to the manager(s). Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Complete all assigned opening and closing duties. Attend all scheduled team meetings. Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor or manager(s). Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with food safety standards, basic POS systems, and table service procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Proven customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction. Abilities Ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities. Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Manual dexterity for handling trays, utensils, and cleaning tasks. Work Environment / Conditions Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, cleaning chemicals, and food allergens. Regular interaction with the public. Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and high energy demands.
