Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction Process payments accurately using a POS system Keep tables clean and properly set between seatings

Requirements:

Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first mindset Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per Florida law
