Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handle cash handling duties, and manage sales transactions seamlessly. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met through proper food handling and serving procedures. Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting, especially fine dining or hospitality environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
