Responsibilities (include, but not limited to): Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided Provide guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point-of-sale systems Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean environment Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc. Collect payments and operate cash register

Job Expectations:

Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
