Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and tips Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining environments is preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as
