Requirements:

The Banquet Server delivers professional service for events, meetings, and banquets. This role ensures guests receive timely, attentive, and polished service in accordance with Palm House standards.

Qualifications:

Previous banquet, catering, or high-volume serving experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be available full-time , including weekends, evenings, holidays, and as-needed for events.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining proper service etiquette. Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and breakdown of events. Communicate guest needs and special requests to event staff and management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations. Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth event execution. Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift trays or equipment up to 50 lbs. Frequent movement across event spaces, including stairs and tight areas.

Work Environment:

Variable event spaces with high attention to detail, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Grooming Standards:

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uniform.
