Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Clover Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash/credit cards Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations Use openTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to educate guests and recommend pairings Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tables and prioritizing tasks effectively Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service standards Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation procedures Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and responsibly Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
